We use a combination of soy and wheat gluten. No impossible or Beyond. Just defatted soy beans and house made seitan

A.
Absolutely. For more than a decade.

Q. Why don't you use oil.
A.  Why try hard to eliminate as much processed foods as possible and oil is one.
